Class Description
This class helps us build strength and flexibility. Some postures will be challenging but by visiting the same sequence over the month, we get to witness our own self development and growth. We finish each class with meditation to anchor us into the field of stillness and steady the mind. Doors will open approximately 15 minutes before class begins, allowing you to settle in and prepare for a journey of growth and exploration. Our team ensures a welcoming atmosphere, with blocks & straps available to enhance your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yoga enthusiast or a curious beginner, join us for a time of learning, connection, and personal empowerment. We ask that you kindly help us create a serene space for all by turning off your electronics during the class to help enhance the collective experience.
