As we transition into the fall and winter months, we're excited to host our Relax and Restore class Wednesday nights at our beautiful new space on Whyte Ave, The Quarter, alongside our special events at the Muttart Conservatory.
Through late October and all of November, our Relax & Restore classes will focus on the front body, emphasizing heart-opening poses to cultivate love, compassion, and openness. We’ll work on the chest, shoulders, and quads to enhance breathing and create a sense of freedom in your body. Unwind, recharge, and celebrate this journey with us—we can’t wait to see you on the mat!
