Moving into Winter

As the seasons shift, we’ve been leaning into the rhythm of change. Winter invites us to slow down, gather in, and reconnect with what grounds us. It’s a time of reflection, rest, and renewal, a chance to turn inward and nurture what’s growing beneath the surface.

We’re excited to be back indoors at our studio home on Whyte, The Quarters.

Sound Vibes has always been about more than yoga and music. It’s about community, intention, and creating a space where you can arrive exactly as you are. As we move into this next season together, we’re keeping our summer pricing the same for our studio classes this winter to help make our offerings as accessible as possible for everyone.

Our 5-Class Pass is just $90, a great way to save if you're joining us more than once. It can be used for all studio classes at The Quarters on Whyte, and any remaining classes can be carried over for use in our outdoor park sessions next spring and summer.

Regular drop-ins are $20. You can register and choose to pay online or in person.

We also offer a Pay-What-You-Can Pass, a flexible option that lets you attend at a price that feels right for you. Simply grab the pay-what-you-can pass and send your contribution by e-transfer to soundvibespayment@gmail.com.
