This class teaches us how to meet resistance with softness. A mid week unwind to release physical and mental stress. A soft landing place for introspection and deep release. By consistently working with the same sequences over the month, you'll discover the potential for profound shifts in both your physical and emotional state. This commitment invites you to prioritize your self-care and to build the courage to face whatever comes up. Doors will open approximately 15 minutes before class begins, allowing you to settle in and prepare for a journey of growth and exploration. We ensure a supported atmosphere, with blocks & straps available to enhance your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yoga enthusiast or a curious beginner, join us for a time of learning, connection, and personal empowerment. We ask that you kindly help us create a serene space for all by turning off your electronics during the class to help enhance the collective experience.
