About the event

This May, we move in honor of our inner nurturer. It’s a practice of tending to our own body and mind with care and attention.

As the days get longer and summer energy starts to build, life naturally becomes busier and more outward. This class is a chance to check in with yourself, even in the middle of that momentum.

This slow flow practice weaves together movement and stillness. Standing and balancing postures will help us build heat and strength, while longer holds give us time to settle, steady the breath, and feel supported. The intention isn’t to push harder, but to feel strong and grounded in your body and mind.

Come water your inner garden through movement, breath, and sound. Let this be a space where you are cared for, too.
